33 1/3rd Club Puts a Spin on Hope Donates $4,080 to Weeks Oncology Department

The 33 1/3rd Vinyl Album Club hosted a special 50th Anniversary screening of the film Woodstock at Lancaster’s Rialto Theatre on September 25, 2019.  Club members expressed special thanks to the Rialto Theatre, Weeks Medical Center, and the almost 200 people who were in attendance! The event was held in honor of club member, Ned Finkel (1959-2019) and everyone who has been impacted by cancer. The event raised $4,080 and all proceeds were donated to the Weeks Medical Center Oncology Department.

33 1/3rd Club president Bill Rugh stated that the “club members wanted to honor the memory of our friend Ned, and the excellent services provided by the Weeks Medical Center Oncology Department to our community.  We are so pleased that Ned’s name will be included on the Wall of Recognition by Weeks Medical.”  Club members expressed their appreciation to the many people who helped make this community event a resounding success.
