Weeks Medical Center Welcomes Tiffany Haynes as President and CEO

Clinical experience and community connections will help guide Weeks’ next chapter

LANCASTER, NH, November 6, 2026 — Weeks Medical Center is proud to announce the selection of Tiffany Haynes, MSN, RN as its next President and Chief Executive Officer. Bringing clinical experience, knowledge of the region, and meaningful ties to the community, Haynes will lead Weeks in its continued work to provide excellent care close to home.

“Choosing the next leader of Weeks Medical Center is one of our Board’s most important responsibilities, and we are proud to welcome Tiffany to this role,” said Scott Burns, Chair of the Weeks Medical Center Board of Directors. “Tiffany brings clinical knowledge and experience that will be valuable to our patients, providers, and staff, along with a connection to this community that makes this appointment especially meaningful. We are excited about what we can accomplish together.”

Haynes brings clinical expertise, executive leadership experience, and deep North Country roots. Born and raised in Stratford and a graduate of Stratford Public School, she has made her home in the area and built her career caring for patients and families across the region.

Haynes currently serves as North Country Healthcare’s Chief Nursing Officer, providing nursing leadership across its affiliates, including Weeks Medical Center. She previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of North Country Home Health & Hospice Agency, having joined the organization as Director of Hospice in 2017 and established its palliative care program in 2019. Her clinical background includes inpatient and ambulatory nursing, hospice and palliative care, infection prevention, and nursing oversight across multiple facilities.

She holds nursing degrees from Saint Anselm College and Norwich University and certification in hospice and palliative nursing. Recognized among Becker’s Hospital Review’s 2025 and 2026 Chief Nursing Officers to Know, Haynes also co-presented NCH’s patient safety and high reliability work at the American Hospital Association’s 2026 Rural Health Care Leadership Conference.

The selection follows a national recruitment process that attracted 19 applicants from across the country and within the organization. From the pool of applicants, the Weeks Medical Center Board interviewed 3 candidates. As part of their selection process, the Board received input from medical staff, system leadership, and a subcommittee of the Board. The Weeks Medical Center Board led the deliberation and selected Haynes to serve as President and CEO, subject to ratification by the North Country Healthcare Board, consistent with the organizations’ bylaws. The North Country Healthcare Board ratified the appointment on November 5, 2026.

“Our responsibility was to give this decision the time and consideration it deserved, with the needs of Weeks and the people it serves at the center,” said Sarah Desrochers, Weeks Board Member. “Tiffany’s clinical perspective, understanding of our community, and commitment to local healthcare give us much to look forward to. We are proud of the appointment and excited to welcome Tiffany into this leadership role.”

As President and CEO, Haynes will report to the WMC Board on all matters reserved to the Board, and work with medical staff, employees, and colleagues across North Country Healthcare to support local care and build on the strengths of Weeks Medical Center. The appointment marks an exciting next chapter for Weeks and its role within a system whose affiliates make one another stronger through shared expertise, resources, and commitment to the region.

“Having grown up in the North Country and built my career caring for people here, I am deeply honored to serve as President and CEO,” said Haynes. “This is home, and the care we provide matters to my family, friends, and neighbors. I look forward to working alongside our Board, staff, and providers to strengthen local healthcare, listen to our communities, and build on the dedication that makes this organization so special.”
