Walk with Ease Program
April 12 - May 17
The Arthritis Foundation Walk With Ease program is designed for people to increase physical activity at their own pace. Over the course of 6 weeks, you will be provided with interactive lesson videos, weekly Zoom meetings, and other resources to help guide your self-directed walking program. For every Zoom session you attend, you will be entered into a weekly raffle!
Use any device: computer, tablet, or smartphone. You can attend the program anytime from anywhere!
This program is being offered to NCH staff and volunteers.
Date: Program runs from April 12 through May 17.
Time: Optional Zoom meetings on Tuesdays from 12:30 to 1pm.
Place: This is an online program. Self-directed. Walk on your own each week.
Qualifying participants will receive a FREE guidebook to help keep you on track. This program is proven to:
- Reduce the pain and discomfort of arthritis
- Increase balance, strength, and walking pace
- Improve overall health
